Heartwood
Our Process

From the free assessment to the last chip raked.

No high-pressure sales, no surprise invoices, no topping. A certified arborist reads the tree, we quote it in writing, then we do careful, standards-based work and leave it cleaner than we found it.

  1. 01

    Free on-site assessment

A certified arborist walks the property, reads the tree from root collar to crown, and talks through your options — keep it, treat it, or take it down.

  2. 02

    Written quote & plan

A clear, fixed quote in writing before any work begins, with the cuts and the approach spelled out. We pull permits where the city requires them.

  3. 03

We climb, rig & work safely

A roped climber or crane, a protected drop zone, and ANSI A300 cuts. We never top, and a certified arborist is on every job.

  4. 04

    Clean up & care plan

Chips hauled, lawn raked, drive blown clean. We leave you a simple care note for what the tree needs next season.
